We had our annual sales conference (well account management, really) in The Hunter this year. I’m now in a role where I have to be the one presenting at these events instead of just attending so it’s a much different experience for me. We had a great time though – it was awesome to have some time to spend with the entire team to get to know each other better. We’re based all over the country so we don’t often get the chance to see each other face-to-face.
We played touch footie (rugby) which was interesting. Only a couple minor injuries but fun, nonetheless ;) We also played laser tag in the vines which was a BLAST! We all wore camouflage and ran around shooting each other in the mud and rain. My boss, Mac is a former Army Officer and was truly in his element. Of course there was plenty of wine tasting and merriment. I’m happy to say the conference was a big success!
